Live results: 9/15/2013 Arena Mexico show

Now that I am back, here is a rundown of tonight…

No one here tonight… opening up with a promo with Psicosis & Kraneo…

6. Marco Corleone def. Mr. Niebla

Mr. Niebla with Perrico Zacarias. Crowd solidly behind Niebla.

Fall #1: Marco went for his splash from the ramp, but Niebla rolled through for the pin.

Fall #2: Marco Corleone takes the second with a powerbomb and using the ropes for the pin.

Fall #3: At one point Mr. Niebla did a tope. He never got around to his spit spot. Marco Corleone kicked out of Niebla’s top rope splash. Niebla hit a powerbomb, but was caught using the ropes. Marco Corleone pinned Niebla after hitting hit splash from the ring apron.

5. Volador Jr. (captain), Psicosis & Kraneo def. Mistico (captain), Mascara Dorada & Valiente

Volador Jr.’s unmasked debut. Kraneo dressed as Darth Vader and Mije as Yoda.

Fall #1: Quickie fall. Valiente with a tope on Kraneo. Rudos take it when Volador Jr. pins Mascara Dorada with a Canadian Destroyer and Psicosis pins Mistico.

Fall #2: Mascara Dorada takes out Volador with a rana from the ramp and a moonsault off the corner to the floor. Technicos when it when Mistico pins Psicosis with a sunset flip and Valiente pins Kraneo with a rana.

Fall #3: Technico team hit their triple plancha spot, then turned around and hit a second set of them as well. Finish saw Volador Jr. get Mistico clean with the backcracker.

4. La Mascara (captain), Brazo de Plata & Thunder def. Pierroth, Felino & Ephesto (captain)

Ummm…. I might go lose myself for 20 mins… if only Jack Kevorkian was still alive… La Commendante was back out with Pierroth…

Fall #1: Rudos take the first when Felino submitted La Mascara…

Fall #2: Mandatory finish where Brazo de Plata splashes the entire rudo team for the pin. Chances are he also outweights all three combined.

Fall #3: Thunder hit a plancha on Pierroth (sigh, it’s wrong, but I was hoping Pierroth would move), Felino remasked and was hit by a Brazo de Plata plancha off the apron, and La Mascara submitted Ephesto with la campana. Thunder should also not be allowed to speak… If I had to use the “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all” rule when giving my opinion of this match, I would have this… This match……

3. Mexican Womens Title: Estrellita def. Princesa Sugheit

Fall #1: Princesa Sugheit submitted Estrellita to take the first.

Fall #2: Estrellita evens it up when Sugheit goes for a figure four and is rolled up in a quick fall.

Fall #3: At one point Sugheit kicked Estrellita stiff enough to kick a field goal with one of her implants. Estrellita escapes Sugheit’s submission and rolls her up to retain…

2. Astral, Bam Bam & Electrico (captain) def. Mercurio, Pequeno Nitro & Pequeno Olimpico (captain)

Fall #1: Rudos take the first when Electrico is pinned after taking a chest cracker from Pequeno Nitro, then while on the knees, taking a double stomp off the top from Mercurio.

Fall #2: Technicos even it when Bam Bam pins Pequeno Nitro after a leg drop off the top and Astral pins Mercurio with his weird looking slingshot backflip.

Fall #3: Mercurio pinned Astral with a cradle piledriver. Technicos take it when Electrico submitted Pequeno Olimpico.

1. Oro Jr. & Bengala def. Espanto Jr. & Zayco

Fall #1: Technicos take the first when Bengala submits Zayco and Oro Jr. submits Espanto Jr.

Fall #2: Rudos take a quick one when Zayco submits Bengala and Espanto Jr. pins Oro Jr. with a powerbomb.

Fall #3: Technicos take it when Bengala pins Zayco and Oro Jr. pins Espanto Jr. with a moonsault bodyblock…
