Bellator 88
Arena at Gwinnett Center
Duluth, GA
2/7/2013

Just wanted to give a quick rundown from the Bellator MMA show I attended last night. I am horrible at estimating crowds, but will probably rough estimate about 4,000 in attendance. Only half the arena was used for the show. Kind of had a weird independent wrestling feel for me as later on in the show, I saw a few of the earlier fighters in the crowd watching the show and talking with the fans.

The show ran from 8pm to about 11:30-ish, with the first half streaming on the Spike TV site and from 10pm on airing live on Spike TV. I assume the tournament quarterfinal match that was streamed was used on the TV show as when the show went live and they showed the show opening graphic, they had the match listed without the result.

Overall, it was a pretty good show.
